What are the red spots on my ankles and hips?

Well I have white spots on my tonisls, and red spots on the roof of my mouth. My glands are no longer swollen, and my spleen is not inlarged (I’ve had mono before). But instead of a normal throat infection which is not uncommon, I have an unusual red rash on my hips, and around my ankles. It started on my inner thigh, and looked like a bug bite, but then turned into a full blown rash on my inner thighs. This dissapeared, and reappeared on my hips, then appeared around my ankles. Also, I feel very fatigued. What is going on, and how do I get rid of it?

Please seek the help of a physician or dermatologist. If the rash is accompanied by fatigue, there may be other physiological things occurring in your system.
Sexually transmitted rash?
I’d suggest getting tested for lyme’s disease if you spend any time outdoors, or even if you don’t. The ticks that transmit it are the size of a pinhead and are difficult to see. They can cause those symptoms.
