How do you get rid of acne in your ear lobe?

I have alot of acne in my ear lobe.
I want to get my ears pierced soon,but I can’t cause of these painful bumps in my ear lobes.
Is there any possible way to get them out?

I’ve tried alchol pads but they never worked.
Is there any possible way to get help on this?

  3. OUCH! earlobe pimples are the worst! I feel your pain! hahahhaa, have you tried Neutrogena On-The-Spot?

  4. Try warm washcloths held on the ear for 3-5 minutes at least twice a day. Only WARM !! Ears are tender and burn easily.
    You can warm a washcloth for about 20 seconds in the microwave and while you are holding that one on your ear, warm another in the microwave and continue that for 5 or more times. The warmth increases the circulation and helps alleviate the blocked pores or whatever is causing the acne. Hope this helps. Have fun with the new jewelry :)

  5. Take a cotton bud, dip it in surgical spirits and put some in the front and the back of your earlobes. The spirits will burn off the acne.
