What are some ways to clear and prevent acne on my forehead and have smoother skin?

I am 14 going on 15, and all of a sudden my acne has been getting a lot worse especially during this summer. The only area where i’m broken out is on my forehead, and I’m guessing i have oily skin. I’ve tried proactiv in the past and it worked, but now it doesn’t seem to help anymore. i’ve also tried mary kay facial cleanser/moisturizer and clearasil but that seemed to irrate my skin and make it worse.
