For really bad acne no home remedy would work. Here are some tips anyway….
Quit drinking coke or any other softdrink
Drink plenty of water
eat at least 3 pieces of fruit a day
change bed and pillow sheets every 3 days
take baths with saltwater

Regular creams don’t work well on the back area. I suggest looking into apple cider vinegar, you can bathe in it and it kills off bacteria on your skin that causes acne.

Here is a home remedy to try:
Cut and remove the avocado from its skin. Mush it up until it is a nice paste. Spread it over the acne affected area and allow it to sit on the area for about 10 minutes. Wash with cool water to remove. This can be done daily.

Coconut oil works very well:) It’s great just for lotion and for acne. It’s kind of expensive, about 20$ a jar. You can find it at health food stores or probably online. Keep in mind though that the consistency changes with temperature, I keep mine in a cupboard and in the summer when it’s about 70 degrees it melts, then in the winter it becomes very waxy and dense.
